How does pricing work? +
We charge flat rates based on the volume of junk or the size of your move. Text us a few photos and we'll send you a firm price within minutes — no surprises at the end.
Can you really come the same day? +
Yes, we offer same-day service 7 days a week when our schedule allows. Text us early in the day for the best chance of a same-day slot.
What items do you NOT take? +
We can't take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, asbestos, or biohazard waste. Almost everything else is fair game — text us if you're unsure and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be home during the pickup? +
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the items and you've approved the quote, we can handle the job without you being there. We'll send you confirmation when it's done.
What areas do you serve? +
We cover all of San Francisco plus the greater Bay Area including Oakland, Berkeley, Marin, Daly City, San Jose, and Napa Valley. Text us your location if you're unsure.
How do I pay? +
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and most major payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of the job.
